Good morning, Vinton County. Healthcare leadership is coming full circle as Adena Medical Group welcomes back Brooke Burns as president on July 28. The seasoned healthcare executive returns with impressive credentials, including 17 years of outpatient practice experience and her most recent role as COO at Ohio's largest physician-owned orthopedic practice. She'll now oversee more than 300 clinicians across nine counties while focusing on sustainability and expanding services.

Nature enthusiasts have another reason to celebrate our region, as Rock House in nearby Hocking Hills earned national recognition on USA TODAY's Most Treasured Views in America list. The distinctive sandstone cave with its seven "keyhole" windows offers breathtaking vistas for visitors. Meanwhile, local law enforcement cracked a different kind of case, arresting two women for an elaborate months-long theft operation at Chillicothe Walmart involving price-switching and lookout tactics.
