Norinne Fenner Noble Norinne Fenner Noble, 94, passed away on June 8, 2025, after being born in Iowa City in 1931 and spending most of her life there until moving to Akron, Ohio in 2014. A University of Iowa graduate and dedicated Hawkeye fan, she is survived by her son Jeffrey, daughter-in-law Leslie, six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one cousin, and four nieces. Alberta Rae Edgerly Alberta "Bert" Edgerly, who passed away on June 13, 2025 at age 97, was married to Clark Edgerly for 63 years until his death in 2011. After graduating from North High School in 1947, she balanced being a mother of three children with work, most notably as an assistant coordinator of Veteran Educational Services at the University of Akron. She was an active church member for 40 years and resided at Copeland Oaks for 19 years, where she was known for her Euchre skills. Alberta is survived by her three children, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends. |  |
