π§ Ohio plans to fix flooding on State Route 41. ODOT's drainage improvement project will address persistent flooding issues between Free Lane and Cliff Run Road in Ross County's Paint Township. The construction will require 0.419 acres of permanent right-of-way from residential lawns and a wooded lot, plus 0.087 acres of temporary right-of-way. During construction, the road will close completely with a 20-mile detour using US 50, SR 753, and SR 28. Public comments are being accepted until July 10, 2025, with project construction expected to begin in July 2026.
