⚖️ Courtroom capers

Pickaway County • January 30, 2025

Good morning, Pickaway County. In the grand tradition of Law & Order, our local courthouse has been staging its own compelling drama series lately. From grand theft auto to dramatic probation violations, Judge Matthew H. Chafin's courtroom is giving Dick Wolf a run for his money with a roster of cases that would fill a whole season's worth of episodes.

Meanwhile, the Pickaway Chamber of Commerce is experiencing its own plot twist with the departure of Executive Director Krista Bower. But unlike those cliffhanger season finales that leave you hanging, the Chamber Board is already writing the next chapter, bringing in experienced help to keep the story moving smoothly. With new leadership on the horizon, this is one transition that promises a satisfying resolution.
