Good morning, Muskingum County. June is bringing a symphony of summer activities to our region, with music taking center stage. From Celebrate New Concord's six-performance concert series featuring folk, bluegrass, and jazz acts to the Coshocton Community Band's upcoming performance, the soundtrack of summer is officially underway. Meanwhile, Frazeysburg's annual homecoming festivities kick off June 5-7 with games, rides, and Queen Emmah Florian presiding over the traditional parade.

Community health initiatives are gaining momentum across the county. The Family Dependency Treatment Court Program just received final certification from the Supreme Court of Ohio, while Eagle HealthWorks prepares for its grand opening on June 18, offering vital addiction treatment services. Infrastructure improvements continue as well, with the Ohio 751 bridge work beginning June 2 – just one of many signs that summer in Muskingum County means both growth and celebration.
