Good morning, Muskingum County. The power of community is on full display across Zanesville this month as faith and sports join forces for the upcoming "Uniting Us" celebration. With Ohio State football champion Julian Goines-Jackson among the featured speakers, locals are encouraged to proudly don their school colors for this free two-night event. Meanwhile, downtown business owners can breathe easier following Thursday's arrest of a suspect connected to multiple break-ins that targeted local shops and churches.
Just a short drive away, Coshocton families should mark their calendars for June 3rd when the County Fairgrounds transforms into a hub of bicycle safety. Children will receive free helmets, safety lessons, and even the chance to win brand-new bikes courtesy of local donors. Nothing says summer quite like kids safely cruising neighborhood streets on their two-wheeled treasures.
