The scoreboard operator barely broke a sweat in this one-sided affair, which sets up Tuesday's immediate rematch where River View will desperately search for their pride and a few runs.

The Raiders (5-4) barely had time to dust themselves off before Tuesday's rematch, where they'll try to avoid becoming the sequel to Monday's horror show.

Robert L. "Bobby" Cooper

Robert "Bobby" L. Cooper, 68, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away on April 9, 2025, after a lengthy illness at Genesis Hospital, surrounded by family. Born August 7, 1957, to Leonard and Mary Cooper, Bobby was a gifted carpenter, earned an associate's degree in CADD/architectural engineering, and was a member of Carpenters Local Union No. 200. He had a passion for wrestling, fishing, and dancing, and was a devoted Deacon of the Church of God and Saints of Christ, where he contributed significantly to their food pantry. Bobby leaves behind his mother, wife of 36 years, children, siblings, and many extended family members who will remember his legacy of love, kindness, and service.

Staci A. Krouskoupf passed away unexpectedly on April 12th, 2025, at age 53, leaving behind her three children, grandchildren, sister, and many loved ones. Born in Zanesville, Ohio, to Mary and Steve Krouskoupf, Staci was known for her intelligence, wit, kindness, and unique personality. She found joy in simple pleasures like music, spending time with her grandchildren, and caring for her beloved cats. Staci is remembered as a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and fierce friend whose laugh, love, and loyalty will be cherished forever by those who knew her.

JoAnn Hales passed away unexpectedly on April 11, 2025, at age 75, leaving behind a legacy as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Known for creating a welcoming home filled with laughter and support, she prioritized family above all else and found special joy in her relationships with her grandchildren. JoAnn treasured family gatherings and made every occasion feel special, with her famous chocolate chip cookies often at the center of these cherished moments. She is survived by numerous family members including her siblings, children, grandchildren, and extended family, while being preceded in death by her parents, husband Denny, and brother Herb.

Betty C. Dasch

Betty Colin Dasch, 99, of Medina and formerly of New Concord, passed away on April 11, 2025, at Brookdale Camelot Senior Living. A graduate of Muskingum College and devoted member of Christ's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Betty was active in numerous organizations and traveled extensively with her husband, Clement. She wore many roles throughout her life including mother, teacher, volunteer, and helper to her husband's academic work, and was known for welcoming new residents during her six years at Brookdale Camelot. Betty is survived by three sons, a daughter-in-law, nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many other relatives, with services to be held April 18-19, 2025 in New Concord.
