Good morning, Marion County. The streets of Westerville turned into a scene of concern Monday when a hit-and-run driver struck a bicyclist near McCorkle Boulevard and County Line Road, prompting a temporary road closure while authorities investigated. As police search for the driver who fled the scene, this incident serves as a sobering reminder of the vulnerability shared by cyclists navigating our roadways.

On a brighter note, local agricultural talent continues to shine with Greenfield's Brooklyn Baldwin securing two prestigious OSU scholarships that will support her agriscience education journey. Meanwhile, nostalgia flows through a special Marion Star photo gallery capturing five years of Marion Harding graduations (2009-2013), preserving those milestone moments when hundreds of local students tossed their caps skyward at Veterans Memorial Coliseum before embarking on their next chapters.
