🚔 Belpre Police arrest two for drug possession in busy week. The Belpre Police Department released reports detailing multiple incidents from August 13-17, 2025. Two individuals were arrested and transported to Washington County Jail for possession of Schedule Two substances. The police also issued several citations during the week for various traffic violations including expired registration, stop sign violations, and speeding. Most of the citations were given to local residents, though one driver from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio was cited for speeding.
