Good morning, Clermont County. Cincinnati's media landscape is shining brightly as local journalists Joe Danneman and Erin Gottsacker bring home prestigious Edward R. Murrow Awards – the only two Cincinnati recipients of this distinguished honor. Danneman's excellence in writing and Gottsacker's mastery of sound showcase the remarkable talent cultivated right here in our region, with Gottsacker's roots tracing back to Milford High School before her award-winning work profiling an Athens County mandolin maker.

Memorial Day week ushers in a spectacular burst of summer activities across the area. From gothic butterflies at Krohn Conservatory to mermaids at Newport Aquarium, the calendar is packed with cultural delights. Art enthusiasts can explore Summerfair, foodies can indulge at CincItalia, and adventurous souls can experience the experimental Cincinnati Fringe Festival. Meanwhile, sweet-toothed residents have reason to celebrate as MilkShake Factory prepares to open its first Mason location on May 31, bringing signature treats and opening-day festivities to our community.
