Good morning, Clermont County. A changing of the guard is underway at Cincinnati Metro, where transit veteran Andy Aiello is stepping into the driver's seat as new CEO. The 47-year-old Miami University and UC graduate brings nearly two decades of experience to the role, promising to build upon his predecessor's foundation to keep our region moving forward. His June 1st start date marks an important transition for one of our area's most essential public services.

Elsewhere in the community, contrasting fortunes unfold as a Maineville family faces displacement after a midnight blaze engulfed their Sibcy Road home. Though residents escaped safely, a Hamilton Township firefighter suffered minor injuries battling the intense flames. Meanwhile, popular Belgian waffle chain Taste of Belgium appears to be in hot water, drowning in $1.4 million of legal debt as lawsuits mount against the once-thriving restaurant group and its owner.
