🍺 Dublin's newest brewery blends European beers with upscale dining. Bridge's End Brewing Co. opened May 21 in Shawnee Hills, founded by former surgeon Bill Schirmer who turned his 30-year homebrewing hobby into a business. With its indoor-outdoor flow through garage doors, double-sided fireplace, and comfortable leather seating, the brewery has already proven popular during the Memorial Tournament.
