Good morning, Summit County. Heartbreak ripples through our community as search teams continue recovery efforts along the Cuyahoga River, where 5-year-old Braxton Cross tragically drowned after a flotation device capsized. His father Patrick remains missing amid hazardous conditions filled with storm debris. The normally peaceful river serves as a stark reminder of nature's unpredictable power, with officials urging residents to avoid the area as approximately 50 personnel navigate treacherous waters.

Amid this somber news, our region offers moments of respite through summer entertainment. The legendary James Taylor, still captivating audiences at 77, delivered classic hits to a packed Blossom Music Center despite Tuesday's heat. Looking ahead, Keith Urban headlines that same venue starting June 27, while diverse cultural offerings from Cleveland Orchestra performances to the Ohio Scottish Games provide countless ways to embrace summer's cultural richness throughout Northeast Ohio.

🎸 At 77, James Taylor still enchants packed Blossom Music Center. The Rock Hall inductee delivered a night of classic hits and gentle humor despite Tuesday's sweltering heat. Beginning with road-themed songs like "Wandering" and "Roadrunner," Taylor's set built momentum through fan favorites "Carolina In My Mind" and "Fire and Rain" before closing with more upbeat numbers. His congenial stage presence and self-deprecating dad jokes created an intimate atmosphere, while his voice—though slightly aged—still hit all the right notes to fans' delight.
