Good morning, Stark County. Downtown Canton transforms into a runner's paradise this Saturday as the Draft Day 10K takes over city streets. Market Avenue, Tuscarawas Street and roads surrounding the McKinley Monument will begin closing at 7 a.m., with hospital access maintained via I-77 despite the expected traffic shuffle. If you're not lacing up running shoes, you might want to plan alternate routes until the 11 a.m. all-clear.

The local airwaves are buzzing with familiar voices as veteran broadcaster Sam Bourquin returns to Stark County radio on WDPN 1310 AM starting April 28. Meanwhile, culinary enthusiasts should mark their calendars for June 13, when Gervasi Vineyard's "Savor the Season" wine dinner promises five exquisite courses paired with premium wines. The $125 experience features everything from spring gazpacho to roasted rack of lamb, accompanied by Rolando's eclectic musical stylings.
