🚧 Major road closures hit Lawrence County next week. Five construction projects will affect traffic on multiple state routes throughout the area. State Route 243 will be closed Monday through Friday for culvert replacements, with traffic detoured via alternate routes until June 17. The State Route 93 intersection improvement begins Tuesday with at least one lane maintained in each direction. Meanwhile, slide repair projects on State Routes 775 and 217 will require complete closures with specified detour routes until summer and spring respectively.
