Scioto County Sheriff's deputies and Portsmouth Police quickly located the suspects in an apartment complex following the April 28 incident. The suspects, 20-year-old Ashton Goodman and a male juvenile, face felony charges including improperly discharging a firearm at a habitation. Sheriff Thoroughman indicated this remains an ongoing investigation that could result in additional charges.
🌿 Ohio's green spaces get $4.8 million conservation boost. The Natural Resources Assistance Council has opened applications for Round 20 of the Clean Ohio Green Space Conservation Program, available to 11 Appalachian Ohio counties.
