🚲 Ross County receives $1.5 million to revitalize popular trail. The Paint Creek Recreational Trail will undergo significant upgrades along a 3.8-mile segment stretching from Frankfort through Concord and Union Townships. 🙏 In Remembrance

Brenda Skaggs

Brenda Skaggs, 80, of Frankfort, Ohio, died on June 1, 2025, at her home. Born in Virginia in 1944, she was preceded in death by her husband Keith, who passed earlier in 2024, as well as her parents, a sister, a brother, and two nephews. Brenda is survived by her brother Roger Fleming, and several nieces and nephews, including her caretakers Tim and Carla Long. A homemaker during her life, her funeral services will be held on June 11, 2025, at the Ware Funeral Home with burial at Twin Township Cemetery.

Scott Edward Glandon

Scott Glandon, born on November 21, 1965, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025, after battling colon, liver, and bone cancer for over three years. He was a devoted husband to Amy and father to Carter and Caroline, finding his greatest joy in parenting and coaching youth sports. Scott was known for his passionate friendships, his love of sports, and his deep connection to his hometown of Frankfort, Ohio, where a Celebration of Life will be held instead of a funeral per his request. He is survived by his wife, children, mother, siblings, and extended family, who remember him for his love of family, mathematical mind, sports knowledge, and courageous fight until the end.
