Good morning, Ross County. The future of healthcare is being cultivated right in our backyard, with Adena Health Foundation investing in 29 exceptional students across nine counties. These promising scholars—selected from over 200 applicants—are maintaining academic excellence while juggling community service and extracurriculars, all on their path toward careers in medicine, nursing, and other essential healthcare fields.

Meanwhile, the spirit of competition electrified Logan High School as Chillicothe and Sheridan faced off in a nail-biting softball semifinal showdown, with pitchers CJ Rittinger and Cora Hall commanding the diamond. And speaking of local traditions, downtown Chillicothe is preparing to bloom with culture as the Feast of the Flowering Moon festival returns May 23-25, bringing three days of Native American dancing, music, crafts, and community competitions to celebrate our region's rich heritage.
