🚓 Crime in focus

Ross County • January 9, 2025

Good morning, Ross County. If January 7th's police log was a Netflix series, it'd be giving "24" a run for its money. Chillicothe's finest tackled a whopping eleven incidents in a single day, from America's Best Value Inn drama to vehicles playing hide-and-seek in the snow. It's like someone hit fast-forward on our typically peaceful winter days.

The action-packed plot continued through the weekend, with officers responding to everything from early-morning hit-and-runs to mysterious alleyway discoveries. While most of us were still debating our New Year's resolutions, our local law enforcement was already racking up enough case files to fill a season's worth of "Law & Order" episodes. At least we can say 2024 isn't boring.
