Good morning, Powell. As autumn arrives in Central Ohio, local farms are transforming into wonderlands of fall fun. From apple picking at Lynd Fruit Farm to navigating corn mazes at Leeds Farm, these seasonal destinations offer the perfect backdrop for family memories as temperatures cool and leaves begin their colorful transformation. Nothing says "fall has arrived" quite like a weekend hayride through the countryside.
Meanwhile, campus life is getting a caffeine boost as Daydreamer Coffee opens its doors at 222 W. Lane Ave, offering Ohio State students a spacious new study haven with signature drinks like Honey Oat Lattes. With room for 215 people, it's the first business to welcome customers in the Rambler apartment complex. In Dublin schools, there's more brewing than just coffee as the ACLU advocates for a senior student's right to complete her Women's Studies project on transgender activism.

With ample seating and a maximum occupancy of 215 people, the space provides plenty of room for students to work or study. 🏳️⚧️ ACLU fights for student's right to transgender activism project. The civil liberties organization sent a letter to Dublin City Schools after administrators prohibited senior Corinne Embi from completing her Women's Studies final project on transgender activism. School officials blocked Embi's planned demonstration where students would wear transgender pride colors and attend a teach-in, citing concerns about "disorder" and "disruption." The ACLU argues this censorship violates First Amendment protections established in the landmark 1969 Tinker v. Des Moines case. The organization is urging the school board to ensure their policies protect students' constitutional rights to free expression.
