Good morning, Powell. Our community is saying farewell to two remarkable women who touched countless lives through their unique gifts. "Mean Jean" Itnyre, whose nickname belied her generous heart, leaves behind a 32-year legacy at Memorial Hospital and a family spanning four generations. Similarly, Diane June Baird's skilled hands created not just beautiful quilts and knitting projects but wove together a rich tapestry of family connections across decades of dedicated nursing and craftsmanship.

Meanwhile, Delaware State Park is celebrating a victory for inclusion with its new Blue Jackets-themed playground designed for children of all abilities. The $250,000 grant from the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation has transformed the space with sensory-friendly structures, inclusive swings, and a climbing model of Stinger. With ADA-compliant restrooms and improved accessibility throughout, the park now truly welcomes everyone to play together regardless of ability level.
