🙏 In Remembrance

Colleen Marie Reaman

Colleen Reaman (Deagan) passed away peacefully after battling brain cancer, leaving behind her husband of 51 years, Mark, along with children, grandchildren, and extended family. A lifelong Akron resident and St. Vincent High School graduate, she was known for her artistic talents and humanitarian spirit. Throughout her life, Colleen dedicated herself to service through various organizations, including the Hower House, Junior Women's Civic Club, DLM Foodbank, and as a NICU cuddler at Akron Children's Hospital, ultimately serving as Program Director at Freedom House supporting veterans. Her legacy of love, beauty, and service will be remembered through memorial gatherings at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home on July 26th and a celebration of life on August 17th.

Marguerite McGuckin of Bedford passed away on July 8, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Helen McGuckin, sister of Roberta Ralston, and aunt to Erica Kidwell and Robert Ralston. A memorial visitation will be held on August 3, 2025, from 2-4 p.m. at the Ferfolia Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service. Instead of flowers, donations can be made to the Portage Animal Protective League in her memory.
