Good morning, Pickaway County. From the football field to the concert stage, Circleville High School's band has orchestrated a remarkable transformation. Under Director Brennan Colvard's baton, these dedicated students have marched their way into school history, capturing Grand Champion honors and qualifying for state competition for the first time ever. Behind those impressive performances lies a story of discipline, dawn-to-dusk rehearsals, and a newfound culture of excellence that's resonating throughout the community.

Fortune smiled on one Columbus resident this weekend as a CA$H 5 lottery ticket worth $223,928 waits to be claimed. Meanwhile, Huntington Bank is making power moves of its own, announcing a $7.4 billion acquisition of Cadence Bank that will expand its footprint across Texas and the South. The Columbus-based financial institution will soon become Mississippi's top bank while gaining strategic footholds in rapidly growing Southern markets.
