🏗️ Lumber reimagined

Pickaway County • April 2, 2025

Good morning, Pickaway County. A forgotten lumber yard in Circleville is about to write its second chapter as plans for an ambitious townhome development take shape. The Circleville Investment Group's vision to transform the former Cellar Lumber property promises not just housing, but a complete neighborhood renewal with parks, pools, and modern infrastructure—though residents will have their chance to weigh in next April before any ground is broken.

Meanwhile, Circleville police continue handling everything from domestic incidents on Watt Street to false alarms across town, proving there's never a dull moment in small-town law enforcement. On a heartwarming note, the Circleville Sunrise Rotary Club is ensuring local children don't go hungry on weekends with their $500 donation to Blessings in a Backpack—a reminder that in Pickaway County, community support comes in all sizes, from major development projects to backpacks filled with weekend meals.
