Good morning, Montgomery County. History meets innovation as Dayton's 177-year-old courthouse temporarily transforms into a showcase museum for the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in May. This Greek revival landmark will highlight presidential documents and Dayton innovations—from cash registers to peace accords—offering visitors a glimpse into our region's remarkable legacy while breathing new life into a downtown gem that's been vacant far too long.

The local innovation spirit continues with Hot Head Burritos expanding its flavorful footprint with eight new locations across four states, including a five-store development in New Jersey. Meanwhile, the future of transportation charges forward as the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission celebrates the installation of 24 new EV charging stations at parks and libraries throughout the region—with all design, construction, and operational costs covered for the next five years. The future looks bright in Montgomery County.

The Greek revival building from 1847 will feature exhibits from Boonshoft Museum of Discovery and Carillon Historical Park, including presidential documents and Dayton innovations like the cash register.
