Good morning, Meigs County. The real estate market in Wood County is buzzing with activity, with recent property transfers totaling millions of dollars across the region. From affordable $40,000 homes to upscale properties fetching nearly $300,000, the transactions paint a picture of a diverse and thriving housing landscape spanning multiple districts including Parkersburg City, Vienna, Williams, and Tygart.
