🕯️ Beloved pharmacist and community leader Bill McMillen dies at 71. The Plain City resident passed away peacefully at home after battling pancreatic cancer, surrounded by family. A registered pharmacist who retired from the Ohio Board of Pharmacy in 2009, McMillen also established the Pharmacy Technician Program at Tolles Career Technical Center. Beyond his professional achievements, he was a gifted musician who served as organist and choir director at several churches, and remained active in community organizations including the Marysville Elks Lodge and Plain City Lions Club. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 8, with the family suggesting contributions to Catawba United Church building fund instead of flowers.
