Good morning, Licking County. Leadership development is taking center stage in our region as Licking County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Chad Dennis shares his expertise with law enforcement personnel from across the area. The quarterly CORSA training at North Point Educational Service Center is equipping department heads with practical leadership techniques and relationship-building strategies—valuable skills in an era when different generations must work together effectively to serve our communities.

In stark contrast to these efforts to build public trust, a Columbus social media influencer with 1 million followers now faces federal wire fraud charges for allegedly orchestrating an $11 million investment scam. Meanwhile, a heartbreaking tragedy has struck the Obetz community as 18-year-old Reico Ray Lewis, just weeks from high school graduation, lost his life after being struck by a tractor-trailer while returning from his work shift—leaving a grieving family searching for answers and justice.
