Good morning, Hamilton County. A kaleidoscope of colors has transformed UC's campus as students welcomed spring with the vibrant Holi festival this week. The traditional celebration turned participants into walking rainbows as they danced through clouds of colorful powder, with student photographer Kallista Edwards capturing the joyful spectacle in a series of striking images that showcase Cincinnati's embrace of diverse cultural traditions.

Meanwhile, the historic landscape of downtown continues its evolution as the 1916 George F. Otte Carpet Co. Building prepares for its $17 million metamorphosis into a boutique hotel. As Paycor HCM Inc. joins the list of departing corporate headquarters following its $4.1 billion acquisition by Paychex, other developments are reshaping our community—from the Cincinnati Zoo's completion of its impressive $60 million Elephant Trek habitat to Hamilton County's approval of $2 million to demolish the Hilltop concrete plant near Paycor Stadium for Bengals tailgating space.
