Good morning, Geauga County. Easter celebrations hopped into high gear at Tall Oaks Resort this weekend, with their annual brunch selling out to 250 attendees. Families like the Shambergers created lasting memories with the Easter Bunny at this hidden Kirtland gem, proving that sometimes the most cherished traditions are found tucked away in unexpected places—much like this multi-level venue nestled behind businesses on Chillicothe Road.

Meanwhile, shorelines and skylines are getting makeovers throughout the region. Willoughby officials have authorized $113,000 for protecting Osborne Park's waterfront, moving forward with phase one of development after September's ceremonial groundbreaking. Just down the road in Mentor, the LaMalfa Centre Hotel is undergoing a $4 million transformation after Jignesh "Jay" Shah purchased the popular wedding venue at auction, with plans to rebrand it as a Holiday Inn Express while honoring its heritage.
