🍷 Golden years drama

Geauga County • March 27, 2025

Good morning, Geauga County. At 72, most people are enjoying peaceful retirements, but for one Lyndhurst woman, domestic tranquility shattered when police were called to remove her intoxicated 66-year-old boyfriend from her home. In a plot twist worthy of a reality show, the man returned to the scene while officers were still searching for him, resulting in a resistance that left him with facial injuries and multiple charges. It's a stark reminder that relationship drama knows no age limit.

On the retail front, Home Depot in Highland Heights is tallying losses after a brazen thief walked out with $2,800 in merchandise. Meanwhile, working parents have a reliable solution for school breaks at the Mandel Jewish Community Center, where vacation camps have been creating friendships and memories for over three decades through themed activities ranging from Election Day voting simulations to swashbuckling pirate adventures.
