🚔 Drunk driver slams into sheriff's cruiser with lights flashing. The collision occurred Tuesday morning at an East Columbus intersection where a Franklin County deputy was responding to an emergency call. Despite the cruiser's active sirens and lights, a woman driving westbound failed to yield and struck the vehicle's front driver's side. She admitted hearing sirens but couldn't locate their source. The driver, who sustained minor injuries, was processed for suspected impairment by the Ohio State Highway Patrol while both damaged vehicles were towed from the scene.
