Dublin stands out among the top cities with the highest median household income at $145,828, while Lancaster and Grove City round out the top five. The data, pulled from the U.S. Census Bureau's 2016-2020 American Community Survey, reveals stark contrasts in housing costs, with Dublin residents paying median monthly housing costs of $2,084 compared to Newark's $844. The study focused on villages across seven counties, including Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway and Union, examining communities with populations of 1,000 or more.
🥞 Family-owned Holy Crepes rolls into Downtown Columbus with second storefront. The popular food truck business, serving sweet and savory crepes since 2017, is expanding to Columbus' North Market following their successful Dublin location launch last summer. Owner Enis Ndreu called the expansion "a dream come true," crediting loyal customers for their journey from food truck to multiple brick-and-mortar locations. The new spot will offer classic crepes like ham and cheese or Nutella banana, plus milkshakes and waffles, with convenient seven-day service including delivery options. North Market's executive director praised the addition, anticipating Holy Crepes will become a neighborhood favorite with its creative spin on French delicacies.
