🏙️ 9/11 survivor found herself minutes away from disaster that day. Shatisha Williams was commuting to her job at the North Tower when she heard radio reports of the attack. She described scenes of "complete chaos" as people fled with bloody legs through smoke-filled streets, walking miles to reach safety and contact her worried family. Williams, now a pastor in central Ohio, channels her traumatic experience into helping others, believing that good can emerge from tragedy. "It made me a better person in terms of caring for people, being a person of God," she reflects 24 years later.
