π Ohio police shooting leaves two officers wounded after traffic stop. Daveonte Dixon, 21, was arrested after allegedly shooting two Mifflin Township officers during a foot chase following a routine vehicle stop. When authorities later attempted to serve a warrant at Dixon's apartment, they heard gunfire from inside and found him with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Dixon, now charged with attempted murder and felonious assault, remains in critical condition at a hospital. One injured officer has been released from medical care while the second remains hospitalized.
