🍔 Burger showdown

Fairfield County • February 5, 2025

Good morning, Fairfield County. Move over, Shake Shack - there's a new burger battle brewing in Columbus. Freddy's, that plucky Kansas chain known for steakburgers so good they've helped fuel America's 8th fastest-growing restaurant empire, just fired up the grills at their second local spot in Hilliard. Between their legendary frozen custard and those crispy-edged patties, they're serving up a slice of Midwest heaven that's got folks lining up faster than you can say "chili cheese fries."

And speaking of growth that's cooking, Central Ohio is serving up some seriously big developments. While 75% of residents are giving thumbs up to new housing initiatives, Pickaway County is gearing up for a transformation that would make Tony Stark jealous - with defense company Anduril bringing 4,000 jobs to the region. Looks like our little corner of Ohio isn't so little anymore.
