🎬 Columbus filmmakers rediscover their artistic passion with powerful new short film. "I Had a Really Good Day" follows a young Black woman navigating high-functioning depression, portrayed through intimate cinematography that captures isolation even in crowded spaces. Created by Mags Chamberlain and Jenna Anderson through their production company waxpoet, the film represents their return to their original mission of highlighting overlooked communities after years focused on commercial work. The short film, debuting at Gateway Film Center as part of Cinema Columbus Film Festival, marks the first step in their renewed commitment to telling authentic stories about marginalized experiences.
