Good morning, Dev Test County. Fall is clearly in the air as Dallas establishments embrace change and renewal. The Highland Dallas hotel has transformed its dining scene with The Reserve, replacing the former Knife Dallas steakhouse with Chef Andrew Bell's modern American grille. The revamped space promises an "elevated yet approachable" experience with everything from interactive seating to weekly specials like Half-Off Wine Mondays—perfect for easing into the week with a little culinary indulgence.

Meanwhile, culture enthusiasts have plenty to anticipate in the coming months. The Dallas Opera kicks off its ambitious new season October 17 with a historic recreation of Carmen's 1875 Paris debut, complete with period-accurate sets and costumes. For those planning much further ahead, mark your calendars for November 2026 when Doja Cat's "Tour Ma Vie" brings her pop revival to American Airlines Center, with presales beginning as soon as October 7.
