Good morning, Clermont County. Umbrellas and weather apps at the ready! The National Weather Service has issued alerts across our region through Monday, suggesting Mother Nature isn't quite finished with her springtime mood swings. While specific details weren't provided in the notice, residents would be wise to keep an eye on local forecasts as we navigate whatever atmospheric surprises await us in the coming days.

In more concrete news—or rather, the removal of it—Hamilton County's $34 million demolition of the Hilltop concrete plant is making way for prime Bengals tailgating space along the riverfront. The 82-year-old company is relocating to Riverside after its second major move for stadium-related development. Meanwhile, health-conscious diners have reason to celebrate as Sweetgreen prepares to bring its protein-powered salads and warm bowls to Liberty Center later this year, expanding the fast-casual chain's footprint to over 250 locations nationwide.

The Centerville Elks finally found their groove Sunday, taming the Milford Eagles 10-3 for their first win of the season. After starting 0-3, the Elks' bats came alive in a big way, giving their faithful something to cheer about as they head into Monday's GWOC showdown with Springfield. Meanwhile, Milford (6-4) will look to rebound against a hot Lebanon squad that, ironically, just handed these same Elks a 7-1 defeat.
