Good morning, Clermont County. Luxury living has reached new heights in Indian Hill, where a stunning mansion has just hit the market at $2.99 million. The recently remodeled 6,800-square-foot masterpiece sits on over three acres and features everything from multiple entertainment spaces to a saltwater pool—perfect for those summer gatherings that seem increasingly within reach as we navigate through spring's unpredictable weather patterns.

Speaking of unpredictability, Loveland City School District faces potential challenges with a proposed $2.5 million funding reduction in the governor's budget. District leaders have launched advocacy efforts at lovelandschools.org/lobby with specific requests for lawmakers. Meanwhile, weather alerts have been issued across our region by the National Weather Service, affecting both Ohio and Kentucky areas. Mark your calendars for April 16 if you'd like to learn more about school funding at the town hall meeting at Loveland Middle School.

💰 Ohio governor's budget threatens $2.5 million cut to Loveland schools. The proposed state budget could significantly reduce funding for Loveland City School District and other public schools across Ohio. In response, district leadership has launched a webpage at lovelandschools.org/lobby with three specific requests for state lawmakers: protect the "Guarantee," fully implement the Fair School Funding Plan, and increase the State Share Minimum to 20%. Community members are encouraged to contact Ohio lawmakers about these concerns and attend a town hall meeting on April 16 at Loveland Middle School for more information on the funding requests and budget process.
