Clermont County • March 14, 2025

Good morning, Clermont County. After 22 years of chronicling Cincinnati's justice system, veteran Enquirer reporter Sharon Coolidge is trading her press pass for a prosecutor's badge. The Pulitzer Prize winner will become communications director for Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich at month's end, bringing decades of institutional knowledge to the office. Her high-profile transition comes as local leadership teams continue taking shape across our region.

Meanwhile, the future of cybersecurity is getting a competitive boost as the University of Cincinnati prepares to host Ohio's first statewide Capture the Flag competition for students. And speaking of capturing attention, local fiddler Chelsey Parker is making beautiful music in Cincinnati's collaborative scene, describing our musical community as welcoming as "a jam session in your buddy's living room." From courthouses to classrooms to concert venues, talent continues to flourish across our corner of Ohio.
