🏊 Backyard bliss

Clermont County • March 10, 2025

Good morning, Clermont County. A staggering half-million dollars in backyard improvements is just one highlight of West Chester's newest luxury listing. The $3.5 million estate hitting the market isn't just a home—it's a personal resort complete with a saltwater pool, 12-person hot tub, and an Amish-built cabana. Inside the 11,000-square-foot showpiece, dual primary suites and a European solarium await the next fortunate owner who wants to wake up overlooking Wetherington's third hole.

Meanwhile, local students are spelling their way to national recognition. Cherokee Elementary's Rujva Patel conquered "Bromatium" to secure her ticket to the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington D.C., while environmentally-minded teens have a different summer opportunity ahead. The Ohio River Conservation Course will soon have high schoolers wading into waterways, kayaking, and electrofishing—turning our region's natural resources into hands-on classrooms for the next generation of environmental stewards.
