Good morning, Westerville. Central Ohio's culinary landscape is expanding faster than your summer garden, with Soul 2 Go bringing its celebrated Southern cuisine to Gahanna. This marks another chapter in the region's food renaissance, joining a growing list of local establishments—from historic bakeries to popular pizzerias—that are finding fertile ground for expansion across Columbus neighborhoods.
Meanwhile, the beats will drop at the Schottenstein Center this August when rapper Ken Carson brings "The Lord of Chaos" tour to town, fresh off his first Billboard top 10 album that garnered a jaw-dropping 21 million streams on release day. For those with a taste for craft beverages, Mecca Beverage House is transforming the former Pretentious Barrel House into something truly revolutionary—a production facility and taproom dedicated to supporting minority-owned brewing businesses when it opens its doors next month.
