Good morning, Stark County. Real estate moves and market shifts are reshaping our local landscape this week. The Webb Team, already Mansfield's top-performing realty group with an impressive $100 million in sales over four years, welcomes Bellville native Amy Kvochick to their ranks. The former sea turtle rescue volunteer brings her unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and property management expertise back to Ohio after raising and homeschooling her family in South Carolina.

In a tale of contrasting fortunes, Canton's Hall of Fame Village is navigating troubled waters with a $15 million first-quarter loss and construction delays at its Gameday Bay waterpark. The organization appears poised for a transition to private ownership as funds dwindle. On a brighter note, Massillon's Benders Food & Spirits has become a community favorite, where Jackie and Dustin Wilbur's hand-breaded wings with 20+ sauce options and homemade pizza dough are served with their refreshingly straightforward philosophy: "be nice or leave."
