🍛 Spice trail ahead

Stark County • April 3, 2025

Good morning, Stark County. The aroma of freshly baked naan and fragrant spices has found a new home in Jackson Township with the December opening of Bollywood Indian Restaurant. This culinary addition brings authentic North and South Indian flavors to local dining options, from classic vegetable samosas to rich biryani dishes—all served without those pesky credit card surcharges that seem to be popping up everywhere these days.

Looking ahead to spring celebrations, downtown Canton's popular Mom-Mosa Trail returns Mother's Day weekend, offering $5 mimosas and special brunch menus throughout the district. But first, Easter dining beckons with several Stark County restaurants preparing special Sunday buffets and seasonal offerings on March 31. From Chateau Michele to Gervasi Vineyard, reservation books are filling quickly—making this the perfect time to secure your holiday table before the last spots disappear faster than those samosas at a dinner party.
