Three family members in Portsmouth, Ohio face criminal charges for moving a woman's body after she fatally overdosed in their basement. Joseph Collins and his brother Adam allegedly carried the body of Tiffany Shy, Joseph's girlfriend, to their backyard at their mother Patricia's instruction. Patricia then called 911, claiming to have discovered the body while taking out garbage. Police initially ruled Shy's death an accidental overdose, but a witness later came forward, leading to all three Collins family members being indicted for gross abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, and obstructing official business.
