🏀 Dragon drama

Scioto County • February 20, 2025

Good morning, Scioto County. When it comes to high school basketball, sometimes the scoreboard at halftime is just a suggestion. The Fairland Dragons proved that axiom in spectacular fashion this week, transforming a nail-biting four-point lead into a commanding 21-point victory that had the hometown crowd roaring. Led by Addison Godby's near triple-double performance, the Dragons didn't just win – they rewrote the second half's script entirely.

While basketball drama unfolds on the court, Canter's Cave 4-H Camp is celebrating a milestone that would make any institution proud. For 75 years, this beloved camp has been the backdrop for countless summer memories, first friendships, and life-changing experiences. Now, as supporters gather to honor its diamond anniversary, they're not just celebrating the past – they're investing in decades of adventures yet to come.
