Good morning, Ross County. October in Ohio brings more than just falling leaves—it's harvest season in full swing. Brian Brown is tackling an impressive 3,500-acre operation with his state-of-the-art combine, showcasing modern agriculture at work across Chillicothe's sprawling farmlands. It's a reminder of the agricultural backbone that continues to define our region even as the calendar inches toward winter.

Meanwhile, Chillicothe's entrepreneurial spirit shines through alumni Jessie Richmond, who transformed a pandemic bath bomb hobby into Maggie's Farm & Aromatics—now employing 12 people downtown. As her business expands to a larger Paint Street location with space for classes and pet treats, local police have been keeping busy with their own daily operations, responding to 13 incidents ranging from theft reports to traffic accidents across the city on Wednesday.
