Good morning, Ross County. From zero to handcuffs in half a mile—that's how quickly a routine traffic stop escalated when Rocky Conley Sr. allegedly fled from deputies on Massieville Road Wednesday evening. His getaway attempt literally ran out of steam when his vehicle couldn't manage an uphill climb, adding to an already eventful day for local law enforcement who tackled everything from shoplifting cases to a potential abuse investigation across Chillicothe.

On the soccer pitch, the Hillsboro Indians delivered the kind of comeback that makes sports so thrilling, erasing a three-goal deficit against Chillicothe in Tuesday's conference matchup. Down 4-1 at halftime, the Indians' second-half defensive lockdown and timely scoring from seniors Ryan Howland and Cameron Burkard, plus junior Grant Shepherd, salvaged an impressive 4-4 draw—proving once again that in both sports and traffic stops, it's never over until it's over.
