Good morning, Ross County. Target shoppers in Akron got more than they bargained for when a 51-year-old man decided clothing was optional during his recent retail adventure. The impromptu nudist was promptly arrested, proving once again that while Ohio summers can be hot, pants remain non-negotiable in department stores. Meanwhile, our local athletes are making headlines for all the right reasons, with Chillicothe's cross country teams racing toward championship glory and sophomore golf phenom Lattavo swinging for new records after her impressive state qualification as a freshman.

Summer in Ross County means water adventures without coastal traffic jams. From Paint Creek's impressive 1,000-foot beach to Tar Hollow's scenic swimming areas, locals can enjoy sandy shores without the ocean drive. Even more heartwarming is the recent iCan Swim Camp, where 30 children with disabilities learned essential water safety skills through personalized instruction—building not just swimming ability but also independence and confidence that extends far beyond the pool.
